1. If the Fees are not paid within 45 days from the Last Date, Student’s Name will be removed from the Rolls. Re-Admission at the discretion of the Principal and Re-Admission Fee of Rs. 3000/- will be charged alongwith due Tuition and other fees.

2. Rs. 300/- Fee will be charged for Non-payment of Fees if the cheque is returned by the Bank

RULES

  1. Please observe decency and dignity while making payment at the Fee Counter.
  2. School dues should be paid at the School Fee Counter on or before the last date by crossed cheque or online only in favour of "ST. XAVIER'S SR. SEC. SCHOOL, CHANDIGARH". Write the particulars of the student at the back of the cheque.
  3. A cheque returned by the bank for any reason will be treated as non-payment of fees and Rs. 300/- will be charged.
  4. If the fees are not paid within 45 days from the due date, the student's name will automatically be removed from the rolls. Re-admission will be at the discretion of the Principal and a re-admission fee of Rs. 3000/- will be charged along with school dues.
  5. Late fee of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged after the last date. Maximum late fee of Rs. 300/- will be charged. Parents should include the late fee with the tuition fee on the pay-in slip.
  6. Parents are requested not to approach the Principal regarding late fee.
  7. Without fee book no payment will be accepted.
  8. If any fees remain outstanding at the close of the school year (31st March), the progress report will be withheld by the school.
  9. School dues can be paid in lump sum for more than 2 months only for the prevailing session.
  10. A duplicate fee book can be obtained for Rs. 20/-.
  11. Cheque payment must be made 2 days before the last date.

CLARIFICATION

  1. Development Fee: It is charged for gratuity of employees, contributory provident fund, property tax, Employees’ State Insurance (ESI), renovation and construction of school buildings, installing and maintenance of transformers, generator sets, electricity & water charges, maintenance of gardens, school building, audio-visual equipment, library books, science equipment, sport items, examination stationery, news bulletin, circulars, evaluation material, medical expenses, security services, prizes for different activities, functions, financial and material assistance to poor, deserving and outstanding candidates, emergency expenses, bank loan installments of school land, daily staff refreshment etc.

You are reminded, please!

  1. Fill out all the particulars of your child in the School Diary. These particulars help the child and the school authorities in emergency.
  2. Read and abide by all the rules given in the School Diary and Admission Form.
  3. Class Teacher and School Office should be intimated immediately about the change of mobile number and address.
  4. Never send a sick child to school!
  5. No student will be permitted to go home during class hours for security reasons. Please cooperate.
  6. Parents are advised not to visit any class without Principal’s permission.
  7. Please cooperate with the school authorities for better education of your child, who is a gift from God.
