Workshop on 'Memory & Mindset' was organised by St. Xavier's High School,Sec-20 ,Panchkula on 7th May,2025 for classes VII & VIII . The school counselor  Ms. Vrinda conducted this workshop with an aim to enhance memory function and develop growth mindset .the workshop combines techniques for memory improvement foster a positive ,resistant and open minded approach to the learning and challenges .Students were guided to focus more in their studies increase concentration and practise life skills .The school Principal Mr. GEORGE S. Shear   also motivated the students to improve their memory skills in order to boost confidence and self-belief.
